For our Client, international leader in consulting area (marketing and customer’s needs research) in accordance to it’s dynamic growth, we are looking for candidates for the position: Insight Analyst in Krakow
Person hired on this position will be responsible for:
- Researching customer’s needs and preparing analyzes
- Preparing loyalty programs and customer’s behavior analyzes
- Collecting important information from the local market
- Presenting data and reports to the Client
- Managing relations with Clients
Requirements:
- University degree
- Strong experience in preparing insight analyzes
- Experience in customer service environment
- Fluent knowledge of English (both written and oral)
- Strong business orientation
- IT skills (ability to work with statistic programs)
- Very strong interpersonal skills
-Ability to build positive relations with Clients
